PRAY FOR HAITI 40 DAYS OF PRAYER DAY 18
Exodus 18:21
21 But select capable men from all the people—men who fear God, trustworthy men who hate dishonest gain—and appoint them as officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.
Haiti has its share of problems and issues; infrastructure, health and human resources, political, economy and corruption to name a few. The one who is elected president has a myriad of problems to deal with. One of the biggest challenges they will face is who they surround themselves with. Who will serve as ministers, cabinet members? Will they be capable, will they be God fearing, will they be trustworthy, will they hate dishonest gain and can they rule over people. Haiti is embarking the rebuilding stage of the country with great opportunity for corruption on a level we’ve probably never seen before. Let us pray that the newly elected president will surround his or herself with the quality of people we read in Exodus 18:21
