Dear Friends and Colleagues in the Faith:
PRAY FOR HAITI 40 DAYS OF PRAYER DAY 12
Scripture Numbers 27:15-17
Moses said to the LORD, 16 “May the LORD, the God of the spirits of all mankind, appoint a man over this community 17 to go out and come in before them, one who will lead them out and bring them in, so the LORD’s people will not be like sheep without a shepherd.”
Moses ask God for a leader who will be like a shepherd to lead His people. A shepherd cares for their sheep, refreshes their sheep, protects their sheep and is will to die for their sheep. How many of you know that Haiti needs a leader who cares for the people, who will protect them and will refresh them. “Someone who will go out and come in before them.” This leader can and is willing sit down with the rich as well as the poor. Let us pray as ask God to raise up someone with a shepherd’s heart to lead Haiti.
