PRAY FOR HAITI 40 DAYS OF PRAYER DAY 17

Dear Friends and Colleagues in the Faith

PRAY FOR HAITI 40 DAYS OF PRAYER DAY 17
Psalm 107:27
Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble, and he brought them out of their distress.
29 He stilled the storm to a whisper; the waves of the sea were hushed. 30 They were glad when it grew calm, and he guided them to their desired haven. 31 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men. 32 Let them exalt him in the assembly of the people and praise him in the council of the elders.

In the wake of the Earthquake, over 300, 000 killed, Cholera outbreak, over 400 deaths and thousands affected. Today 15 inches of rain is expected to fall on Haiti. Imagine those living in the tent cities and those with no shelter at all. More lives are at stake; Haiti is in distress. As we pray tonight, let us remember Haiti in their distress and ask the one who can calm the storms to a whisper to intervene and together with our Haitian brothers and sisters we can give thanks.
